Technically, It’s Not My Fault

By John Grandits

Published by Houghton Mifflin, 2004

This book of concrete poems focuses on a boy named Robert in middle school.  The reader follows him as he deals with “typical” middle grade issues like homework, dealing with parents who, let’s face it, just don’t understand, and sibling rivalry.

Great addition to a middle school classroom for casual reading or a unit on concrete poetry.
