April and Esme, Tooth Fairies

by Bob Graham

Published by: Candlewick Press, 2010

April and Esme are young fairies, too young to complete a Tooth Fairy pickup on their own yet.  They convince their parents that they are ready for their first outing, and successfully obtain the tooth and leave a coin for the boy who has lost his tooth.

As cute as this book is, I’m not sure how this one would fit into a curriculum, except perhaps to read to small children who have lost or are losing teeth.
